Improve the Process of Starting a Live
on the Web Platform

Based on a field user research on “Starting A Live Streaming by Shopee Live Official Account”, we discovered some functional issues and captured the design hints through observing the user behavior and having a follow-up interview with them. Considering the actual priority arrangement of the product features, we firstly solved two issues: (a) Enable the streamer to customize the amount of coins rewards, and can continuously reward coins during the live streaming; (b) Simplify the process of adding products and deleting products in a live, for the OA&KOL streamer.
